To ensure better layout Maintenance, Property Security and after our sales service effectively, all plot owners are requested to collect a No Objection Certificate [NOC] from Vakil Housing before selling plot/s in Vakil Whispering Woods – Bangalore.

Guidelines for Resale

• The seller has to collect a No Objection Certificate [NOC] from Vakil Housing before selling plot/s in Vakil Whispering Woods.
• The seller should clear all dues towards property security and maintenance service to obtain No Objection Certificate from Vakil Housing.
• The seller has to introduce the new purchaser and provide correct contact details of the new purchaser to transfer the Clubhouse Membership and provide our after sales service to new purchaser and continue our property security and maintenance service.
• If the seller fails to introduce the new purchaser or fails to provide the correct contact details of the new purchaser, it is the seller’s responsibility to pay the charges towards property security and maintenance service.
• The seller has to collect a copy of the ‘Purchaser’s N.O.C’ issued by Vakil Housing to withdraw from being liable to pay layout Security and Maintenance charges.
• The seller should provide a copy of the sale agreement (executed between Vakil Housing and first plot owner) with signature of new purchaser and terms & conditions given in the executed agreement are applicable to new purchaser.
• The seller has to provide a copy of the sale deed [Resale] and fresh maintenance post dated cheques issued by the new purchaser.
• Once the plot is sold to new purchaser, the company will withdraw from providing after sales services to the seller and seller will no longer have membership of the Clubhouse.

All plot owners of Vakil Whispering Woods are requested follow below guidelines to ensure the Safety and Beauty of the layout.

Visit the Layout only between 9AM to 6 PM.

Fill the visitors layout entry request form and Co-operate to security personnel.

Collect a No objection Certificate [N.O.C] from Vakil Housing before selling your plot/s.

Collect a N.O.C from Vakil Housing before starting your House Construction work.

Follow construction guidelines as mentioned in your Sale Agreement.

Pay charges towards Property Security & Maintenance services on time.

Inform us your latest contact details for better Property Security & After Sales Services.

Extend your support & Co-operation to maintain the beauty & safety of your layout.
