Property Maintenance & Security Service  

Since the layout development works are completed, Vakil Housing has been providing exclusive service for ‘Property Maintenance & Security” for Vakil Whispering Woods Phase 1, 2 and 3.

To enhance the value of your Investment/Property, to prevent the deterioration and keep the developed facilities in good condition, we are maintaining the following facilities: Water and Power Supply System, Over Head Tanks, Roads, Street Lights, Drains, Parks, Gardens, Play Area, Sanitary Lines, Garbage management etc., with 24 hours Security to protect your property.

For Phase 1 & 2

 First three years service [Paid in Advance]

 

Year 1: Jan. 2007 to Dec. 07
Year 2: Jan. 2008 to Dec. 08
Year 3: Jan. 2009 to Dec. 09

Next three years service [Payment through PDCs]

Year 4: Jan. 2010 to Dec. 10
Year 5: Jan. 2011 to Dec. 11
Year 6: Jan. 2012 to Dec. 12

For Phase 3

First three years service [Paid in Advance]

Year 1: April 2008 to March 09
Year 2: April 2009 to March 10
Year 3: April 2010 to March 11

Next three years service [Payment through PDCs]

Year 4: April 2011 to March 12
Year 5: April 2012 to March 13
Year 6: April 2013 to March 14

To continue to ensure better Property Security, Layout Maintenance Service and appreciation to your investment, please make sure the maintenance fee is regularly paid as agreed in your sale agreement. Payments received after the due date shall attract penalty, and there will be lien on the defaulter’s property. Also unpaid customers are not eligible for our after sales services.
